The mobile pump is a new type of product developed on the basis of repeated research of similar technology abroad. It is a perfect combination of diesel engine and water pump. It can be operated manually and automatically.

Can be widely used in municipal sewage flood and drought disaster, transportation, light industry, pond aquaculture papermaking,textile, food, chemical industry, electric power, fiber, paste and mixed suspension medium

 

Range of use

①、The ambient temperature is less than or equal to 50 DEG C, medium temperature are less than 80.

②、Medium pH value, cast iron material is 6-9.

③、Medium is not more than 1240kg/m3.

④、Fourth, self-priming height can not exceed the specified value of 4.5-5.5 meters, the total length of the suction pipe is less than or equal to 10 meters.

⑤、The diameter of the suspension particles is 50% of the pump caliber, and the fiber length is 5 times of the pump caliber.

Range and optional configuration of mobile pump truck

1, mobile pump mainly includes: diesel engine, water pump, coupling, cooling fan, radiator, steel structure base (including fuel tank 80-120L), battery and connecting wires, exhaust muffler, control screen, mobile trailer, outdoor rain box integrated.

2, optional water purification equipment (0.1-0.6T) installed, this equipment can meet daily water consumption.

3, optional diesel engine brands include: Weichai branch, Cummings, Shangchaigufen, DEUTZ and other brands, according to customer needs.

4, optional pumps include: ZW、 S、HW and a series of centrifugal pumps or mixed flow pumps, according to customer needs.

5, customers may request continuous selection of two or four wheel trailers, solid tires or pneumatic tires.

6，inlet quick coupling, inlet pipe, outlet hose can be selected according to customer needs.
